Rent conditions Second Home Rent:
Article 1. Legal terms and conditions
Second Home Rent cannot be held responsible for any disruption, modification or foreclosure of the residence of the customer, if this is the result of unforeseen or insurmountable events beyond his control. Article 2. Booking and price.
A reservation is valid from the moment that Second Home Rent has received the required deposit.

Article 3. Payment of the rent.

Article 4. Deposit

· Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rent.

Article 6. Cancellation by Second Home Rent.

Article 7. Liability

Article 9. Description.

Article 20. House Rules.
